Physical Therapists
Steve Allen, MS, PT
Steve is one of the company owners. He has 16 years of teaching gross anatomy and neuroanatomy in medical school and physical therapy school. He has also taught continuing education courses in industrial rehab and workers compensation, shoulder rehab, and stroke/brain injury rehab.
Ray Horner, PT
Ray graduated form Florida A & M University in 1993, Suma Cum Laude. Ray is a second career PT. He also holds a Geology degree with a minor in Chemistry form Georgia State University 1987, Suma Cum Laude. He has been the Vice President of Sales for Henley International for physical modalities products and was also an air traffic controller for 10 years at Atlanta's Hartsfield International Airport. He has taught multiple continuing education course, including physical agents and rehab of post-surgical shoulders.
Physical Therapy Assistants
Jennifer Dowdy, PTA
Jennifer received her PTA degree with honors from Darton College in 2004. She rejoined our company last year after starting her career as a volunteer in our Bainbridge office while still a high school student. She has also worked for Progressive Rehab in Cordele, Georgia.
Kristen Henderson, PTA
Kristen finished her PTA degree at Gulf Coast Community College in 2002. She started with our company last year after working in Colorado and at HealthSouth in Tallahassee. She is from Sneads, Florida.
Occupational Therapist
Clint Cunningham OT, CHT
Clint graduated from Medical College of Georgia in 1984 and subsequently completed his Certified Hand Therapy program. He has been with RTS since 1997. He has extensive experience with all aspect of rehab and he has been OT director and clinical services director for Capital Rehabilitation and HealthSouth rehab hospital in Tallahassee. He also has special training in driver re-training and industrial medicine.
Speech/Language Pathologist
Ellen DiSalvo, MS
Ellen received her Certificate of Clinical Competency in 1977. She has her own business in the Quincy area and provides Speech therapy services as needed for our company.
