Program Director
Clint Cunningham OT, CHT
Clint graduated from Medical College of Georgia in 1984 and subsequently completed his Certified Hand Therapy program. He has been with RTS since 1997. He has extensive experience with all aspect of rehab and he has been OT director and clinical services director for Capital Rehabilitation and HealthSouth rehab hospital in Tallahassee. He also has special training in driver re-training and industrial medicine.
Physical Therapists
Steve Allen, MS, PT
Steve is one of the company owners. He has 16 years of teaching gross anatomy and neuroanatomy in medical school and physical therapy school. He has also taught continuing education courses in industrial rehab and workers compensation, shoulder rehab, and stroke/brain injury rehab.
Rachael Lauder, MPT
Rachael graduated with honors from the Institute of Physical Therapy in St. Augustine, Florida in 1997 with a Masters Degree in PT. She has been with our company since that time.
Physical Therapy Assistants
Mary Jane Wells, PTA
Mary Jane finished her PTA degree in 1979 at St. Petersburg Jr College. Many of her 27 years of experience have been in management of rehab facilities. She has been with our company since 1997.
Ann Crews, PTA
Ann completed her PTA degree at Thomas Tech College in 1993. She has been with our company since 1996. She is especially gifted with wound care.

Valerie Harrison, COTA
Valerie finished her degree at Thomas Tech Institute in 1999 and has been with our company since graduation.
Office Staff
Lynn Davis, Office Manager
Lynn has been in her current position with us since 1999. She also works with training of new office employees in all our locations.
Wendy Faircloth, Intake and Patient Representative
Wendy has also been with us since 1999. She is frequently out of the office visiting clients and physicians in surrounding areas as a representative of the entire company.
