Insurance Information
We accept Medicare, Medicaid for individuals under the age of twenty one (Georgia only), workers compensation, most private insurance plans except Capital Health Plan (Florida), and auto liability. As a courtesy to our patients, our office will verify eligibility and benefits. This is not a guarantee of payment, but a verification that coverage exists. It is the patient’s responsibility to review their insurance plan prior to therapy beginning.
